Refund Policy

Last updated September 2026

Before delivery

If you change your mind before your items are traded to you, open a ticket with your order code. We refund in the cryptocurrency we received, to an address you give us, minus network fees. Card payments are refunded in crypto as well, because that is what we receive; if you paid by card and prefer, we can instead hold the value as credit toward another order.

After delivery

Virtual items cannot be returned, so delivered orders are not refundable — with two exceptions:

  • Wrong or mismatched item. If what you received does not match the listing (different roll, missing sockets, wrong base), we replace it or refund the difference. Tell us within 48 hours with a screenshot of the item.
  • Our mistake. If we deliver to the wrong realm or character through our error, we make it right.

Expired orders

If you did not pay within the hold window, nothing was charged and there is nothing to refund. If your payment arrived after the hold expired and the stock was gone, we refund in full or offer an equivalent item.

Partial payments

If you underpaid (for example an exchange deducted a fee), your items stay held. You can send the difference to the same address, or ask for a refund of what was received, minus network fees.

Overpayments

If you send more than the invoice amount, we refund the excess on request, minus network fees.

Abandoned orders

If you do not respond to delivery attempts for 30 days after payment, we may cancel the order and refund it as store credit or in crypto minus network fees, at our discretion.

Crypto finality

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. Please double-check the realm and the items before paying. Refunds are new transactions and are subject to network fees.

Chargebacks

Card payments go through a licensed on-ramp; disputing a completed on-ramp purchase after we have delivered is treated as fraud and may lead to refusal of future orders.
